NajdHost aims to handle refund requests fairly and consistently. Refunds are available only where a product or service is expressly marked as refundable, where a guarantee period is published, or where applicable law requires a refund. Refund approval depends on service type, usage status, third-party costs, time elapsed, and whether the order has already been fulfilled, activated, delivered, or consumed.

2. Eligible Hosting Refunds

If NajdHost offers a money-back guarantee for selected hosting plans, the guarantee applies only to the base hosting service and only within the stated guarantee period published on the product page or invoice terms. Refund eligibility may be limited to first-time purchases and may exclude migrations, add-ons, custom work, server administration time, or usage already consumed beyond fair introductory evaluation.

3. Non-Refundable Services

• Domain registrations, renewals, transfers, redemption fees, and domain restoration charges.
• SSL certificates, software licenses, cPanel or control panel licenses, and other third-party subscriptions.
• Custom development, digital marketing, consultation, migration labor, setup work, content creation, design work, and one-time service fees once work has started.
• Dedicated resources, custom server builds, abuse-handling fees, or products purchased under special order or supplier activation rules.

4. Cancellation Requests

Customers should submit cancellation requests through the official billing portal, support desk, or authorized contact channel before the next billing date. Requesting cancellation does not automatically guarantee a refund. Active service may remain available until the end of the paid period unless immediate termination is specifically requested and technically possible.

5. Renewals, Auto-Renewal Charges & Late Requests

Renewal invoices and recurring charges are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds for renewed services are not guaranteed once a renewal has been processed, particularly for domains, licenses, and third-party infrastructure costs that are immediately committed. Customers should cancel before the renewal date if they do not wish to continue a recurring service.

6. Violations, Abuse & Suspension Cases

No refund will be due where a service is suspended or terminated because of illegal activity, abuse, spam, malware, policy violation, non-payment, fraudulent registration, chargeback risk, or misuse that threatens our infrastructure or other users. We may also deny refund requests where false information, identity concerns, or prohibited activities are involved.

Where a refund is approved, NajdHost may deduct non-refundable third-party costs, taxes, activation fees, setup work, migration labor, or the value of services already consumed where permitted by law and clearly tied to the fulfilled order. Partial refunds may also apply when bundled products include non-refundable components such as domains or software licenses.
